Sallinge River

In Sallinge river empty shells of the Thick Shelled River Mussel (Unio crassus) have been found. This shows the they previously lived in the river.

As part of the UC LIFE project 8000 infected Minnows will be released into the river over four years (2020-2023) distributed over four different location in Sallinge river.
